1. Who provides TRPS Academy?

2. Academy products and existing access

Academy gives access to the available Academy learning route, Learn, Practice, Reflection, personal progress and all available Sessions. Previously acquired individual Academy Practice access remains available after Academy ends, for the access duration chosen.

3. Account and access

Access is personal. You use your own individual account and do not share your login or protected video material with others. New Building Blocks are added when their content has been carefully developed.

4. Price, payment and confirmation

The price, including applicable taxes, is shown with the product before payment. The final button clearly states that your choice creates an obligation to pay. Payment is handled by Stripe. After a successful payment, you receive confirmation and access is linked to your account.

You can find payment receipts and available invoices through Profile and billing. For an invoice with updated business details, you can submit a request through Support.

5. Cancellation

You can manage and cancel an Academy Membership online from your profile. Cancellation prevents the next monthly renewal; your access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for. You receive digital confirmation. You do not need to cancel Academy 1 Year, because it ends automatically after twelve months.

6. Cooling-off period and immediate access

Online purchases normally have a fourteen-day cooling-off period. Additional rules apply to the immediate supply of digital content and to a service that begins during the cooling-off period. 7. Safe online participation

TRPS Method, TRPS Academy and TRPS Sessions provide movement education, general movement instruction and independently guided movement. The digital services are not medical treatment, physiotherapy, a medical rehabilitation programme, medical diagnosis or individual medical advice.

Online instruction does not include physical observation or an individual assessment such as personal guidance in the Studio. A video cannot assess whether a movement is suitable for you, whether you are performing it safely, or whether symptoms need medical assessment. Studio = Be Guided; Academy = Learn; Sessions = Move.

Your participation

Assess whether participation is responsible for you and move within your own abilities. Make sure you have a safe space to move and choose an intensity and range of movement that suit you. Follow the instructions. Stop if you experience sharp or sudden pain, dizziness, sudden shortness of breath, numbness, nausea, sudden loss of control or balance, or another unusual symptom. Seek appropriate medical help for acute or severe symptoms.

If you have an existing injury or symptoms, are pregnant, recently had surgery, have a medical limitation or are unsure whether participation is suitable, consultation with a doctor, physiotherapist or another qualified healthcare professional may be appropriate before taking part. Not everyone needs medical permission in advance.

Responsibility and liability

Movement involves ordinary risks, and online instruction has limitations. You have responsibility for your own participation. This does not remove TRPS’s legal responsibilities: liability remains where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Availability and changes

We maintain the learning environment with care. Brief maintenance, a technical problem or a necessary security change may temporarily affect access. Content improvements may change the form of a lesson, but do not remove valid individual access without an appropriate solution.

9. Intellectual property

Videos, texts, the TRPS learning route and the design are protected. You may use them personally within your access, but may not copy, record, resell, publish or distribute them as your own teaching material.

10. Questions and complaints

Use Service and support. We confirm a submitted request in your account and handle it as soon as possible. Statutory consumer rights always continue to apply.
