Online purchases normally have a fourteen-day cooling-off period. Below, you can see what immediate digital access means for your choice.

Log in, choose ‘Withdrawal’, identify the purchase and send your statement. Your request immediately receives a date and status in your account.
The general rule
Within fourteen days of entering into the online agreement, you can unambiguously state that you are withdrawing from the purchase. You do not need to give a reason. Following a valid withdrawal, amounts due are refunded in accordance with the legal rules.
Existing Academy Practice video
An individually acquired Academy Practice video is digital content. The right of withdrawal does not lapse simply because you pay. It can only lapse after you have expressly requested immediate access before delivery, acknowledged what this means for your right of withdrawal, and delivery has actually begun. These choices are recorded separately before payment.
Academy Membership or 1 Year
Academy is an ongoing digital service. If you expressly request an immediate start during the cooling-off period and then withdraw in time, a proportionate amount for the part already supplied may only apply when the legal conditions are met. This is separate from ordinary cancellation: you can also cancel a Membership monthly after the cooling-off period, before a subsequent renewal.
What do we need?
Your name and account email address, the selected product, the purchase date and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. Preferably use the button above. If you cannot log in, use info@thereformerpilatesstudio.nl.
After your request
You can see your request in your account. We check the purchase and send confirmation. Following a valid withdrawal, access is adjusted and the refund uses the same payment method, unless another arrangement is expressly agreed together.
